BackPacking the personal wiki, and reminders

What happens when a personal wiki (that’s what I use) is combined with a reminder/alert system?

BackPack is getting popular among people who have been looking for such tools, and don’t have the time to set up such a system (well, many people use text files) themselves.

Their ‘free‘ account’s limit is 5 pages - which doesn’t sound enough to be able to appreciate (or not) the system, for new users (I’m thinking about a 5-page wiki here…)
Users new to the concept of wikis, should get hold of a free (usually ad-supported) wiki hosting option to get familiar with the concept of using a wiki to hold your ideas / non-sensitive information / schedules, before making a decision on pay for such services. An even easier solution is to install a wiki on your local machine itself (before you feel the need of an always-accessible alternative) - try PMWiki, for example.

37signals (the people behind Backpack) offers these other services too: WriterBoard (wiki based…), and TaDaList (To-do lists, anyone?)

Talking about wikis and blogs, TiddlyWiki looks different.
